Tree Trimmer/Climber/Arborist

Location: Tampa, Florida
Salary: $16 - $19 based on experience

Job Description - Climber

Will be responsible for pruning and removing trees throughout commercial and residential properties. Must be able to work safely and efficiently while using methods such as climbing, aerial lift work, and working from roofs and elevated platforms.

Required Experience and Skills

• Knowledge of proper pruning techniques and removal practices
• Experience with advanced climbing, rigging, and roping techniques
• Experience with chainsaws, wood chippers, and various arboriculture equipment
• Willingness to learn and grow in your trade
• Must possess valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Knowledge and experience with aerial lifts, grapple loaders, and other machinery common to the business
• CDL drivers with a Class B license or higher are a big plus!
• ISA certified arborists are a big plus!

Exact compensation will be based on your determined level of skill after a 90 day evaluation period. The addition of being a certified arborist and/or CDL driver will be held in consideration.
