Sales Arborist

Location: Austin, TX
Salary:

Are you a motivated person with a passion for creating business opportunities? Wilder Tree Company, a rapidly growing tree service in Austin, Texas, is seeking a dynamic Sales Arborist to join our team. As a Sales Arborist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, creating a robust pipeline, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Activity:

  • ●  Conduct a minimum of 20 door approaches around each job site

  • ●  Make phone calls to potential clients, with a focus on new leads.

  • ●  Stay in contact with key clients as you build your book of business

  • ●  Reach out to property owners, property managers, and HOA managers with the

    goal of having 10 quality conversations each day

  • ●  Log all activity in the CRM with detailed notes

    Pipeline Generation:

  • ●  Emphasize the creation of a strong sales pipeline based on revenue and number of new sales opportunities

  • ●  Attempt to deliver at least 3 estimates per day

  • ●  Explore new avenues of generating leads and sales opportunities. Creativity and

    persistence are hallmarks of our top performing salespeople

    Sales Quotas:

  • ●  After initial ramping period you will be expected to meet or exceed a quota

  • ●  Total compensation for reps meeting quota is $96,000. Base salary is $36,000.

    Commissions are uncapped on normal deals. A salesperson exceeding quota

    could easily make $150,000-$200,000 per year

    CRM Management:

● Record keeping in the CRM is a critical part of this job. Entering lead information, tracking activity, taking notes, taking pictures of job sites, saving estimates, and keeping records of signed contracts are some examples of what you will be tracking in the CRM

    Qualifications:

  • ●  Motivated, hungry, and disciplined individuals with a focus on business opportunity creation.

  • ●  Certified ISA arborist

  • ●  Sales experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidates.

  • ●  Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals.

  • ●  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Requirements:

  • ●  2 years sales experience in a tree service company is not required but preferred

  • ●  Reliable form of transportation as you will be using your vehicle

  • ●  Reliable and fast laptop that has a battery able to hold a charge that you are willing to

    use for business purposes.

  • ●  Reliable phone that is able to hold a charge that you are willing to use to make business

    calls.
