Seaders Tree Care LLC is looking for a skilled Climbing Arborist to join our team. As a Climbing Arborist, you will play an essential role in maintaining and caring for trees and shrubs on residential and commercial properties, ensuring both safety and quality in all aspects of arboriculture. We are a small, family-owned company that pride ourselves in providing top-quality tree care for our community and a rewarding work environment for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ground, tree climbing (DdRT or SRT), and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader

• Conduct safe and efficient arboriculture services, including tree identification, tree risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations and planting. 

• Maintain and operate all necessary tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)

• Adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies

Qualifications:

• Arborists with at least three years of professional tree-climbing experience are preferred. Applicants with less experience will be considered.

• Ability to work outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions

• A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors

• A positive, team oriented attitude.

• Valid driver’s license
