OPERATIONS TEAM BEHAVIORS:

Build a friendship and confidence with Leadership, Crews, and Front Line team

Test manage under Leadership team meetings, company off-sites and Wheel of Life

Work closely as a liaison between Sales and Operations Functions to break down silos
-
Absorbs information inside and outside of organization to the benefit of our work and others

Connects units to each other due to an understanding of connections inside the business
MANAGER OF OTHERS:

Supervise, train, mentor, coach & hire/fire Project Leads (Arborists)

Deploy a team of Project Leads (Arborists) across Texas and Southeast US
-
Grow and develop Arbor team through meeting cadence and Wheel of Life

Qualifications
|
-
Degreed in Business and/or Green Industry related field (BS/BA minimum)
-
Achieves results through others. 3 YRS minimum of managing others.

Interprets financial reporting and able to manage by the numbers
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish). Love for other cultures (perhaps mission field background)

Deeply effective with communication and team play (glue between Sales and Ops function)

Loves to learn about what he/she does not know

Passion for God’s Creation (always out of doors for work and play)

Highly driven and goal oriented; positive outlook; accepts responsibility; self aware

Excited to travel for needs of scaling company and various company retreats

Profitability: <2% annual completed projects fail profitability target

Profitability: >15% annual completed projects obtain early completion status

Good Trees/Healthy Staff: Maintain arboricultural and safety BMPs on all projects

Team Needs Filled: All project estimates comply with company standards

Team Needs Filled: Ensure Operations Function receives proper job line out on all projects

Team Needs Filled: Ensure Sales Function receives full estimate 48hrs after requested
-
Happy Customers: Maintain 5 Star Rating across public platforms

Fail To Win: Debrief failed KPI with VP Operations weekly

Compensation
|

Base Salary (Annualized): ~55K; commensurate with qualifications and time committed
-
Stake in Operations Bonus Pool: ~2K to ~5K Quarterly bonus upon meeting NOI target
-
Stake in Company Profitability: Quarterly bonus calculated from efficient project leadership
