Please have the following information at hand:

• Complete address, phone number, email address, and organization where your nominee is employed.
• Documentation and examples of why you believe your nominee is a good candidate for the award you’ve selected.
• Biographical information about your nominee.

Remember, the more information you provide, the more your nominee will stand out as a strong candidate.
