ISA staff works with industry professionals and field experts to develop online resources that provide diverse educational opportunities for arborists and urban foresters. We encourage you to explore ISA’s online courses and practice exams in the Online Learning Center.
You can log in to MyISA and see your dashboard. When you select My Courses on the left side of the screen, you’re asked to sign in again. Please sign in a second time to access your courses in the new Online Learning Center. Use the same information as you do for the first login.
More information about how to navigate the Online Learning Center can be found in this quick tutorial:

Three-Year Course Subscription Period
ISA’s online courses and practice exams are available on your Online Learning Center for three years from the date of purchase. Each course may only be successfully completed once during this three-year enrollment period, though the course will be available to revisit and review during the entire three years. Users will receive an email reminder notification 30 days before each course is set to expire.
Eligible ISA credential holders may successfully complete each course once for CEUs during the three-year enrollment period. The three-year enrollment may overlap with more than one recertification cycle for a credential holder, so take care to complete the courses in the recertification period in which you would like to receive CEUs. At the completion of the three-year enrollment, the user will lose access to the content, but records of completion will remain on their transcript. Courses may be repurchased for new completions once they expire.
